  • To Respond to Your Inquiry: To process your application or inquiry to either become a tutee or a tutor.
  • To Facilitate a Match: To assess a tutee's needs and a tutor's qualifications to determine if a suitable tutoring arrangement is possible.
  • To Communicate With You: To send you information regarding your inquiry, including next steps, scheduling, and administrative matters.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We are committed to keeping your personal information confidential.

  • Internal Access: Access to the personal information you provide is strictly limited to authorized administrative personnel of Tutee who need the information to perform their duties. We do not share your information with tutors or any other third parties without your explicit prior consent.
  • Third-Party Services: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. The only third-party service that processes your data is Discord, which is used as an internal notification tool to receive your form submissions. Your data is processed according to Discord's Privacy Policy.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
